Here's a site that only contains
fonts that are free for both commercial
and non-commercial use. At least, that's
how I understand it:

Actually, this is a frustration of mine. I
can't seem to find a reasonable way to find
out whether or not a font is free for
commercial use.
Can you use the font to advertise yourself?
That's always my question.
It's really hard to find out.
